How it works
- Request below. Tell us where you’re leaving and how many products you sell. A free FileFreight account is all you need — create one here.
- We reply within one business day with a short checklist: your product list and files exported from the old platform (every platform we cover has an export — we tell you exactly where).
- We rebuild within 48 hours of receiving your files: products, pricing, download files, and license-key setup, all recreated by hand and tested.
- You repoint and cancel. Swap your buy links when you’re happy, keep selling without downtime, then cancel the old platform on your schedule.
What we need from you
- A product export from your current platform (CSV or whatever it offers) plus the actual files.
- If you sell licensed software: how your keys work today (we recreate the scheme with FileFreight license keys).
- About 15 minutes to test the rebuilt shop before it goes live.

What exactly do you migrate?
Your products, their files, pricing, and license-key setup — rebuilt by hand in your FileFreight account within 48 hours of receiving your export. You review everything on a test product before any buy link goes live, and you keep selling on your old platform until you’re happy.
What can’t you move?
Three honest limits. First, download links already in your buyers’ hands stay on the old platform until you repoint them — we give you the new links, you swap them where they’re published. Second, your buyer email list comes from your own CSV export; we never scrape another platform. Third, active subscription products have to be rebuilt rather than transferred, because the payment relationship lives with the old platform — ask them what happens to recurring payments on cancellation before you leave.
Do I keep selling on my old platform during the migration?
Yes — that’s the point of doing it by hand. Nothing changes for your buyers until you’ve tested the new setup and repointed your links. Then you cancel the old platform on your own schedule.
What does it cost, and what’s the catch?
