Fee Disclosures

FileFreight charges sellers a platform fee on each sale. The fee structure is:

• Free plan: 5% of each sale's amount.
• Pro plan: $19 per month; 0% platform fee on sales.

Sales are paid into the seller's own Stripe account, which the seller connects to FileFreight through Stripe Connect. On the free plan, Stripe deducts the platform fee from each payment as an application fee and pays it to FileFreight; the rest stays in the seller's account. When a seller refunds a sale, the platform fee on the refunded amount is returned to the seller. Stripe's separate payment-processing fees apply to every checkout and are charged by Stripe, not by FileFreight.

The platform is not a party to the sale between a seller and a buyer. Prices shown on buy pages are set by sellers; any affiliate or referral relationships a seller uses to promote their products are that seller's responsibility to disclose.
